Product Specification

PVC Wire Heaters:
In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core and unwrapped with high temperature resistance (105 deg C) PVC insulation. These heaters are very useful for low temperature heating requirements to a maximum level of 8 - 10 watts/m or temperature of -25 to 80 deg C. Resistance wire is not exposed to air so no oxidation, long service life. Good flexibility, excellent insulation resistance are other salient features of these heaters.

Applications:

These heaters are used for defrosting in refrigerators deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.
Heat preservation and freezing resistance in thermal pads, thermal blankets, pepes, cans etc.
Defrosting, Dehumidification and Heating in air conditioning machines / compressors, photocopiers and other applications.

Rated Wattage	As per customer need ranging from 5 to 100 watts and even more 10 - 20000 ohms/m.
