Overload Protectors with PTC Relays:
These are thermal protectors for overload protection of hermetically sealed refrigeration compressors and such like motors. In these protectors snap action bimetal disc is actuated with the heating caused in proportion to the current drown by the compressor. When compressor is drawing excessive current the protector is heater faster and switches off the current supply to the compressor. Trip temperature various from 100 to 150 Deg C and reset temperature varies from 50 to 100 Deg. C. These overload protectors (OLP) are also supplied with PTC relay.

Applications:

These OLP's with PTC relays are widely used for refrigeration compressors and similar applications.

Rated Amperage	As per customer need ranging from 1 to 10 Resistive load
Trip Temperature Range	100 to 150 deg. C
Reset Temperature Range	50 to 100 deg. C.
Relay parameters	135 deg C curie point, reset time less than 120 secs, 300V 7A.
High Voltage resistance	1800V for 5 Sec.
Insulation resistance	100M ohms.
