Aluminium Foil Heaters:
In these heaters PVC wire heater is melted onto a single aluminium foil or sandwitched between two aluminium foils. Its back has doubled sided tissue tape so that it can be conveinently fixed on any surface. These heaters are very useful for low temperature heating requirements to a maximum level 80 deg C. These heaters can be mode in different shape and sizes, has good flexibility excellent insulation resistance, portable, convenient to handle, low price.

Applications:

These heaters are used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cobinets etc.
Heat prevervation and freezing mist elimination in medicine and food stuff processes, agriculture and industry.
Dehumidification and Heating in photocopiers, toilet seats and other applications.

Technical data:

Rated Voltage	As per customer need ranging from 110 to 240V AC/DC.
Rated Wattage	As per customer need ranging from 5 to 100 watts and even more 10 - 20000 ohms/m.
Temperature Range	25 to 80 dog C
Power Density	Maximum 3 to 8 watts/m.
Length of the Heater	200 to 10000 mm
High Voltage Resistance	1800V for 5 SEc.
Insulation Resistace	100 M ohms.
