Product Specification

Defrosting Heaters:
Defrosting heaters of different king depending upon the application, temperature required, power density, construction etc.

Starting from low temperature and low power density are PVC wire heaters and Aluminium foil heaters where temperature range from - 25 to 80 deg C with power density of 8 - 10 watts / m. Middle temperature range heaters are silicon wire and aluminium tube heaters with temperature range from 40 to 150 deg. C and power density of 30 - 40 watts / m. High temperature range heaters are Radiant/quartz / glass tube heaters with temperature range of 100 to 800 deg. C and power density of 500 to 800 watts/m.

Application:

These heaters are widely used for defrosting in refrigerators, deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.
These are also used in other home appliances for heating and disinfecting applications.
These heaters finds its applications in different industries like pharmacy, agriculture and foodstuff, printing, paper making, spinning, bockery, painting etc.

Rated Voltage	As per customer need ranging from 110 to 240 V AC / DC
Rated Wattage	As per customer need ranging from 50 to 500 watts and even more
Temperature Range	- 40 to 800 deg. C
Power Density	8 to 800 watts/m
Length of the heater	200 to 10000 mm
High Voltage resistance	1800V for 5 Sec.
Insulation resistance	100M ohms.
