PVC Flexible Heater Wire

In these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound around a fiber core and unwrapped with high temperature resistance (105 deg C) PVC insulation. These heaters are very useful for low temperature heating requirements to a maximum level of 8 - 10 watts/m or temperature of -25 to 80 deg C. Resistance wire is not exposed to air so no oxidation, long service life. Good flexibility, excellent insulation resistance are other salient features of these heaters.

Applications:

• These heaters are used for defrosting in refrigerators deep freezers, ice cabinets etc.
• Heat preservation and freezing resistance in thermal pads, thermal blankets, pepes, cans etc.
• Defrosting, Dehumidification and Heating in air conditioning machines / compressors, photocopiers and other applications.
